OJSC "Magnit" (the "Company"; RTS, MICEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the inclusion of its shares into the section of "Non-listed securities" at MICEX Close joint-stock company "MICEX Stock Exchange" made the following decisions on December 20, 2011 (Instruction Ns 1465-p):

To admit ordinary shares of OJSC "Magnit" (state registration number of the issue 1-01-60525-P-006D of November 11, 2011) to trading without undergoing the listing procedure by means of inclusion into the section "Non-listed securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading at CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange";

To approve the Amendments N 1621 to the List of securities admitted to trading at CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange".
