OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2011. The Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Azerbaijan has licensed a range of tour companies and facilities.

The Ministry reports that the licenses for travel services were issued to RIAD TOUR Ltd, Heritage Travel Ltd and AZLIT Ltd.

"The travel service license was also given to hotel Azel in Tovuz region of Azerbaijan and hotel Qashaltэ in the city of Naftalan," it was informed.

According to the Ministry’s latest data, currently the country is numbering 504 hotels and hotel-type facilities, of which 317 are licensed. The number of licensed tour companies is about 200.
