OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2011. On the Internet-resource "Ukrains’ka pravda" was published an article "Teachers celebrate the New Year without wages" where published false information on the payment of wages to employees of education.

In connection with this Department of communications of the Ministry of Finance informs that during October-December of 2011 year the Ministry of Finance has taken steps to ensure the local budgets with funds for payment of wages of employees of budgetary institutions, in particular, it has been increased amount of additional subsidy from the state budget to align the financial security of local budgets for 1 721.8 million UAH.

So, as for December 29 of 2011 year according to information of main financial departments of RSAs, local budgets are fully secured with funds and make payment of wages to employees of the social sphere, including - educational institutions in the statutory time period.

The issue is under control of Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.

We remind you that on weekends and holidays, members of the Government will work in accordance with the approved schedule of duty and will promptly take measures to eliminate violations.
