OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2011. National Bank of Ukraine has approved rules of carrying out money transfers through Khazri system, the Bank said in a statement.

Khazri, an immediate money transfer system, was launched by Azerbaijan`s largest bank Kapital Bank in 2007.

The system`s advantages include the simplicity of the tranfer procedure, low commission rate (1.5% for the amount of the transaction) and rapidness of the money transfer procedure (nearly 10 minutes). The system covers all regions of Azerbaijan.

Khazri system has been applied in several regions of Russia since 2010.
