OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2011. The building premieres are taking place throughout the country on the eve of the New Year celebrations. The ceremonies of putting two apartment houses into operation were held in Ruhabat Etrap in Ahal Velayat. New comfortable apartments became a New Year’s gift present for 56 families in Gurtli village.

The white-marble four-storey houses with 24 and 32 apartments built under the housing construction programme are a part of the housing estate being formed along Gurbansoltan Eje highway which connects Ashgabat with Ruhabat Etrap. These construction projects were implemented under the National Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for improvement of the social and living conditions in settlements, villages, towns in etraps and etrap centres for the period till 2020.

These apartment houses like many other social and housing facilities throughout the region are constructed by the construction and mounting organization 4 of the Ahalgurlusyk Production association. The buildings are composed of two apartment blocks with four entrances each. Three- and four-room apartments with all the modern conveniences have big light rooms with suspended ceilings and parquet floors. There are comfortable furniture and household appliances in each kitchen.

There are a number of shops and consumer services centres, pharmacy and post office which offer a wide range of services to local citizens on the ground floor of one of the buildings.

These apartment houses as well as other modern buildings constructed throughout the country have the centralized air conditioning and heating systems. There are adventure playgrounds, parking lots and special area for holding festivities and ceremonies in the territory around the houses. The adjacent territory is illuminated and planted with trees and shrubs.
