DCC and Partner Established Instructions for Securities Withdrawal
OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2011. Please be informed herewith that DCC and ZAO Partner (hereinafter the ‘Registrar') have entered into an agreememnt on the use of electronic document interchange (EDI).
The aforementioned agreement enables DCC to substantially reduce operational time for withdrawals in share registers.
The agreement with the Registrar stipulates that no additional fee shall be charged for execution of operations in share registers.
Execution terms for instructions of DCC Participants for withdrawal of securities into the share register via the EDI established between DCC and the Registrar are as follows:
deadline for submission of instructions to DCC for their execution in the share register on the same-day basis – 1 p.m. Moscow time ;
the terms for execution of the operation in the register are stipulated in the Registrars' Rules of Register Maintenance;
on the day of the operation in the share register the Registrar provides DCC with a notification on the executed operation via EDI;
within three (5) business days after execution of the operation in the share register, the Registrar sends to DCC by regular post (with initial provision of a scanned copy) the copy of confirmation of transaction in paper form, duely signed and sealed by the Registrar;
the paper form copy of notification on the executed operation received from the Registrar is submitted to DCC Participant;
The Registrar charges an additional amount of RUB50 (VAT exclusive) for the paper copy of the notification.
A Participant can use the service of prompt execution of an operation in the share register maintained by ZAO Partner. In this case a Participant shall indicate the T1 (where ‘T' is a Latin letter) attribute in the ‘Additional information' field and submit the instruction to DCC before 1 p.m. Moscow time. ZAO Partner considers and executes the transfer order generated by DCC on the basis of the Participant's instruction on the same-day basis.
ZAO Partner charges an additional fee of RUB500 (five hundred rubles) for prompt execution of the operation in the share register. The Registrar also charges an additional fee of RUB500 (five hundred rubles) for provision of the notification on prompt execution of the operation.(All indicated amounts do not include VAT)
