OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2011. The launching ceremony of the First Youth Talent Training Program of Genertec was held in Beijing on December 12th, 2011. Xu Mingyang , member of the Party Group of Genertec, Director of the board, and Vice-General Manager of Genertec, attended the ceremony and delivered a mobilization speech. After the ceremony, the first session of a four-day training course of the program was held for the participants.

This training program is an important phase of the middle and long term development of talent pipeline of Genertec, and is the first one of the training program tailer-made by the Department of HR of Genertec for the youth talents recommended and selected by subsidiaries of Genertec after rounds of researches and consultations. All selected youth talents will be trained in rotation in the program.
