OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2011. In a General Meeting of OJSC IC Allianz Shareholders (EGSM) in December a new Board of Directors has been elected.

The new Board of Directors of OJSC IC Allianz (brand name — ROSNO) comprises 5 members, with Manuel Bauer, Member of the Board of Allianz SE; Bruce Bowers, Regional CEO of CEEMA (Allianz SE); Antonio Derossi, Regional COO of CEEMA (Allianz SE); Harold Langley-Poole, Regional CFO of CEEMA (Allianz SE), and Lars Hakan Danielsson, President of OJSC IC Allianz.

As of January 1, 2012 Manuel Bauer will take over the position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC IC Allianz.

The previous Chairman, Hannes Chopra, has decided to leave the company at the end of 2011 to pursue new career opportunities outside the Allianz Group.
