OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2011. PJSC EMAlliance and JSC RAO Energy Systems of East have signed an Agreement on long-term Cooperation in the sphere of modern power equipment and technology supply, improvement of reliability, economic efficiency, operating and environmental characteristics of the power equipment installed at its generating companies. The document was signed by the Acting General Director of JSC RAO Energy Systems of East Mr. Tolstoguzov Sergey and General Director of PJSC EMAlliance Mr. Dzigua Levan.

Under the Agreement the cooperation between the Parties is planned within the framework of JSC RAO ES of East investment program implementation and an integrated program of modernization of the existing power projects including small generation projects. The provision is made for the cooperation of the companies in the field of the advanced joint research and development, taking into accounts the particularities and conditions of operation of the power projects in Far East Federal Region. PJSC EMAlliance also plans to organize service maintenance of the boilers and auxiliary equipment at power projects of JSC RAO ES of East sites for the entire term of its service.

Commenting on the signing of the Agreement, Mr. Avdeenko Timur, President of PJSC EMAlliance has noted: "Currently we successfully have been cooperating with RAO ES of East in the equipment supply project for the CHPP in Sovetskaya Gavan (Khabarovsk Territory). In our partner’s investment program there is a large package of projects for equipment modernization and organization of service maintenance of the existing power projects as well as innovation projects for whose implementation EMAlliance is ready to offer its best technological developments and decisions". "The signing of the Agreement with RAO ES of East offers good opportunities for development of the joint work at a completely new level", – he has added.
