OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2011. In January—September 2011 the total volume of direct insurance premiums of the Yekaterinburg branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company amounted to 342 mln. rubles, which is a 6% increase on the same period in 2010.

Insurance premiums for voluntary non-life insurance amounted to 293 mln. rubles (a 3 % increase), including the revenues from personal insurance — 89 mln. rubles (a 31 % increase), from property insurance — 194 mln. rubles (a 7 % decrease), from liability insurance — 9 mln. rubles (a 40 % increase). 49 mln. rubles (a 24 % increase) were collected from compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO).

During the first 9 months of 2011 payments made by the Yekaterinburg branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company under direct insurance amounted to 223 mln. rubles, including payments under voluntary personal insurance — 50 mln. rubles, and under property insurance — 148 mln. rubles. Payments under compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO) amounted to 25 mln. rubles.

The most rapidly developing business lines in the Yekaterinburg branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company during the specified period were voluntary medical insurance and compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO).
