OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2011. The certification audit of the repair production of aircraft engines and elements of helicopter gears has been completed at OJSC "Perm Engine Company". At the end of the audit the enterprise was given the Certificate of Conformity #2021110435.

Basing on the results of the audit the Continuing Airworthiness Management Committee of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) concluded that OJSC "PMZ" meets the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations FAR-145 concerning repair of the engines for civil aircraft. The certificate proves the right of Perm Engine Company to perform overhaul, midlife and routine repair, and works prescribed by service bulletins for PS-90A2, PS-90A1, PS-90A76, D-30 ( II, III series), TV2-117A, TV2-117AG engines, routine maintenance of PS-90A2 engine, and overhaul of the engines and main gear assemblies VR-8A, VR-14, VR-26 for Mi-8, Mi-14, Mi-17, Mi-26 helicopters.    

At the same time the Board of Aviation register of Interstate Aviation Committee finished the audit    proving the conformity of repair production of the aircraft engines to the requirement of Joint Aviation regulations JAR-145. The Certificate of Repair Contractor SPR-41 with extended period of validity is now being issued.
