Bank of Moscow Increased Authorized Capital of Its Daughter Bank
OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2011. The Bank of Moscow has increased the authorised capital of Moskovska banka A.D Beograd, Serbia by 515.4 million Serbian Dinars (USD 6.7 million) in view of the considerable growth of the daughter bank’s business within this year and with the aim of further development on a mid term horizon.
The growth of crediting has been noted in all directions (major companies, medium and small size businesses, individuals), within the period of time from January to November 2011 the bank’s credit portfolio grew by 79% which is higher than the banking sector indicators in Serbia as a whole. The bank’s resources grew at about the same rate and were diversified at the expense of the funds deposited by corporate and retail clients and transactions in the interbank market.
In 2011 Moskovska banka A.D Beograd, Serbia in partnership with the Bank of Moscow organized a number of transborder loans to major Serbian companies to the total amount of USD 140 million.
The Bank of Moscow was the first Russian crediting organisation to receive a banking license from the National Bank of Serbia in May 2008. In October 2008 the bank began providing services to corporate clients and today it provides the whole range of services in the sphere of corporate business – cash and settlement services, crediting, and provision of bank guarantees.
