OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2011. Russian Register Certification Association carried out the recertification audit of the Labor Safety and Industrial Security Management System and the inspection audit of the Environmental Management System of OJSC KAMAZ.

Documentation and local normative acts of the Labor Safety and Industrial Security System were inspected for conformance to international standards because the certificate expired. The Environmental Management System was also audited as the area of inspection was expanded: at the beginning of September, new departments were added to the parent company, namely the Engine Plant, the Press and Stamping Plant, and the Repair and Instrument Plant.

KAMAZ successfully passed the double audit. According to Russian Register Certification Association, the company uses and develops its effective management systems which comply with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 international requirements.
