An obligor or a debt liability with uaA credit rating is characterized with the HIGHLY STRONG creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities. This level of creditworthiness is susceptible to adverse changes in commercial, financial and economic conditions.A plus "+" and a minus "-" signs indicate intermediary categories compared to the standard categories (grades).
Stable outlook indicates that there are no anticipated reasons to change the rating in the course of the year.
Factors maintaining the credit rating:
improvement of market positions due to the sales channels and clients base expansion;
loan portfolio diversification by key borrowers;
high liquidity and capitalization indices
funding base diversification;
assets and liabilities have been properly balanced by due terms;
information transparency.
Factors constraining the credit rating:
activities in the loan market segments most significantly inclined for risks;
increasing dependence on physical entities’ assets overdrawing (more than three times) the regulatory capital as of October 1, 2011;
low business activities and persisting hardships in certain economy sectors, which limit effective demand for lending and weighs on the bank’s figures.
