OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2011. Project "Creation of a risk management system in AG Bank”, being implemented by the International Finance Corporation’s experts, will enable the Bank to make a new step in development.

Today in Baku AG Bank Supervisory Board’s chairman Chingiz Asadullayev has stated that in 2012 the Bank will change its organizational structure.

"The new organizational structure has been proposed. It is so advanced that, as the Supervisory Board’s chairman I have already informed the other shareholders that I am leading the Bank to this structure," Asadullayev said.

The Bank, which has been called AG Bank for the last three years, will also promote its brand, which is still less known than its previous brand - Azerigazbank.
