OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2011. With the initiative of the Government of Georgia, TBC Bank’s head office hosted the seminar of Polish delegation entitled: “Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Development of Stock Exchange Market in Georgia”.

Warsaw Stock Exchange experience and the perspective of Georgia’s Stock market development will be discussed at the meeting. Vice chairman of Supervisory Board of TBC Bank, Badri Japaridze and Georgia’s Prime Minister, Nika Gilauri gave welcoming speeches. Special guests from Poland made specific presentations on Stock Market Development issues.  

Among guests were Polish government officials as well as business leaders, e.g. Minister Krzysztof Walenczak, Under-Secretary of Treasury of Poland; Robert Kwiatkowski, Deputy-Director of the Department of Market Development of the Warsaw Stock Market; Michael Lukac, Head of International Clients Relations of the National Depository for Securities.
