OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2011. Sviaz-Bank and the Morton Group of Companies (GC) have developed a package of loan projects under a Mortgage Program designed for individuals.

Under the new projects, apartments will be available to the Bank’s customers in the Morton GC’s new development neighborhoods across Moscow Region, in particular, Katyushki in Lobnya, Solntsevo-Park in Leninsky District, and Severnoye Kuchino in Zheleznodorozhny.

The loan programs are attractive because of their long loan terms of up to 30 years and moderately low loan interest rate of 12% up per annum in rubles. The maximum amount a borrower can be given for the purchase of housing may reach 30 million rubles. The borrower is required to make a down payment of at least 20% of the price of the housing he or she wants to purchase.

The Solntsevo-Park neighborhood with over 1 million square meters of housing is under development in New Moscow on the Borovsk Highway nine kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The twenty-five residential buildings of the project and developed infrastructure are going up on an area of 56 hectares in scenic Moscow suburbia, next to Ulyanovsk Forest Park and Peredelkino resort area. The first stage of the neighborhood has been put up already, and is soon to be settled.

The Severnoye Kuchino neighborhood with a housing area of 56,000 square meters is under construction in Zheleznodorozhny, a suburban town, in an area well provided for with transportation and developed infrastructure. The neighborhood is a five-minute walking distance from the Kuchino railroad station that is 12 minutes away by electric train from the nearest Novogireyevo underground station.

The Katyushki neighborhood under construction within the Lobnya town boundaries on an area of 29.5 hectares comprises 19 residential houses 13 to 23 stories high. The neighborhood lies near a developed infrastructure area comfortable to live in, relax, and engage in sport, in particular, a large shopping center, an Ice Palace, Aquatic Sports Palace, and an indoor hockey rink. A part of the neighborhood, a kindergarten for 140 children has been put up, and Morton is going to build a similar kindergarten for 140 children next year.

An aspiring borrower can fill in a loan application form to receive a preliminary decision on the Bank’s site or complete a questionnaire at a Bank office. The application will be studied within a workweek.
