OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2011. The delegation of Tatarstan including the representatives of OJSC KAMAZ has visited the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During the working visit to Iran, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was accompanied by the representatives of large enterprises of the republic, including Evgeniy Pronin, Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ of Sales and Service, and Rafael Batyrshin, Director General of OOO RariTEK (KAMAZ’s distributor producing bottle-gas driven vehicles).

The delegation of Tatarstan visited the Pars Special Energy Economic Zone and a gas processing plant under construction. In Tehran, the delegation visited the Center for Innovation and Technology Cooperation of the Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

OJSC KAMAZ values the automobile market of Iran, first of all, for prospects of an increase in sales of KAMAZ gas-powered vehicles.
