OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2011. Visiting meeting of the working group of international security services and law enforcement agencies experts, partners of Federal Security Service of Russia, was held in the Olympic park. Delegation of over 60 people from 10 countries inspected sports venues.

Sergey Gaplikov, President of SC "Olympstroy", told specialists from Germany, Italy, Israel, Canada, China, USA, Turkey, Ukraine, and France about the construction of the Olympic venues, and Nikolay Gryaznov, Vice-President, emphasized peculiarities of the security measures.

First of all international partners were told about the work at the check-point and control of goods that are delivered to construction sites of the Olympic venues. Particular attention was paid to the special devices and equipment.

Video surveillance and security alarm system are operating on the perimeter of the Olympic park. HVC-Mobile scanners, metal detectors, and explosive detection devices are used to provide security of the constructed venues inspecting vehicles with construction materials, equipment and constructions.

It was the second international meeting on the security measures on the territory of the Olympic park. A meeting of top-ranking Security Council representatives from 44 countries of the world and the UN officials was held here in 2010.
