OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2011. JSC “Polymetal” (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) (“Polymetal” or the “Company”) has received a notification from OJSC “RTS” (“RTS”) that the Company’s ordinary registered uncertificated shares (state registration number 1-02-00412-D) will be excluded from the list of securities admitted to trading on the RTS (quotation list B), reported the press-centre of Polymetal.

According to the notification, it will happen due to termination of functioning of the RTS as a result of corporate reorganization by way of accession to CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange”.
