SORAINEN Lithuania advised Carpathian Plc, a commercial property investment company focused on retail properties within Central and Eastern Europe, in the sale of the Babilonas I Shopping Centre in Panevezys, Lithuania for approx EUR 24.1 million, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

The Babilonas I shopping centre, which comprises approx 23,000 m2 of retail space, anchored by Norfa, Jysk and New Yorker, was purchased by Pontos Group, a family owned private equity and real estate investor based in Finland.

The client was advised by a team led by partner Kestutis Adamonis and included senior associate Mantas Petkevicius, and associates Simona Stanciukaite and Laurynas Ramuckis.
