According to Volodymyr Semynozhenko, the adoption of two key laws - "On an economic experiment to create an enabling environment in Ukraine industry software products" and "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on economic experiment on creating favorable conditions for development in Ukraine industry software products" - are able to bring IT industry with shadows and greatly accelerate the pace of its growth.
