OREANDA-NEWS. December 19, 2011. Banco Indusval S.A. ("Company"), in addition to the information disclosed in the Notice to Shareholders of November 8, 2011, informs that the period for the exercise of the shareholders' preemptive rights for the subscription of warrants of preferred shares, as approved by the Company's Board of Directors on November 7, 2011 ("Warrants Subscription"), ended on December 9, 2011.

During the preemptive rights exercise period, 17,530 warrants were subscribed at BRL  14.39 per warrant, totaling BRL  252,256.70 and 2,249 warrants received firm request for subscription of unsubscribed portions, totaling BRL  32,363.11.

The 2,249 unsubscribed warrants will be apportioned among the shareholders that made their firm orders for this apportionment in the subscription bulletin during the preemptive rights period. The period for subscription of unsubscribed rights will be of two (2) working days starting on December 19, 2011 and ending on December 21, 2011, inclusively.
