OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2011. For one month the plant “Omsky Kauchuk” produced almost 2000 tonnes of rubber SKMS-30 ARKM-15 according to the new scheme. It allows non-emulsive injection of oil into latex during the production of oil-filled types of rubbers*, reported the press-centre of Titan.

Chief engineer-director of production of rubbers and latexes of the plant Sergey Bondarenko noticed that the scheme proved to be successful. New equipment assembled in the course of preparation to the launch of the scheme works properly, provides stable management of the process. The novelty did not require alterations in human resources, but possibility arose to establish new operating norms – now the list of feedstock items used in the workshop of rubber extraction shrunk by 2 items, and it means economy of resources of the enterprise.

Quality of merchantable rubber remains stably high. A few days ago it was once again confirmed by one of permanent partners – public company “NIZHNEKAMSKSHINA”. The enterprise awarded GC “Titan” the rank “Excellent supplier” as the result of cooperation in the course of the first half-year of 2011.

New scheme of rubber production was implemented within realization of petrochemical cluster of the project “PARK” (the head of the project – deputy of State Duma M. A. Sutyaginsky). Nowadays the plant “Omsky kauchuk” undergoes modernization of production facilities and development of existing capacities aimed at expansion of range of goods. The deputy will tell about this in greater details during plenary meeting of the First Ecological Forum of Omsk region which will be held tomorrow on December 1 in Congress-hall. In his report Mikhail Alexandrovich will make accent on ecological constituent of activities of productions which are being built within the framework of the project “PARK: Industrial-Agricultural Regional Clusters”.

*Let us mention that the scheme was connected in the period of maintenance shutdown. Its work is provided by special pumps which allow injecting oil directly into latex. Before this the preparation of oil emulsion required purchasing of costly feedstock – stearic acid and potassic alkali. Non-emulsive injection of oil into latex is an innovatory proposal by three employees of the plant. The scheme design was made by design and construction department of the enterprise.
