OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2011. "Zavolzhsky motorny zavod" (the branch of SOLLERS group) continues to keep positive dynamic in production and sale of engines like last year and according to approved finance plan.

 During 11 months under purchases of customers, OEMs and dealer organizations, 72 728 engines of all modifications have been sold. This volume is more by 8.2% in comparison with analogous period of 2010 and by 2.1% more than finance plan indicator.

 Main increase of production program is stipulated by demand on kitting of UAZ vehicles under order of which more than 55 thousand gasoline and diesel engines have been supplied during 11 months, that’s by 14.4% more than level of 11 months of last year. 

 Herewith considerable increase of output engines quality level has been achieved.Thanks to introduction of plant program measures in quality sphere it was succeeded to decrease internal defectness revealed in own test benches and external defectness revealed in automotive plants-consumers (UAZ, PAZ).

 So for 11 months defectness in test benches was decreased by 24% in comparison with 2010, and defectness, revealed in automotive plants-customers, was decreased by 46%.Quantity of claims was decreased by 34% .Costs on execution of guarantee repairs of engine were decreased by 18% that allowed to get economy more than 3,1 mln RUR.
