OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2011. In January—September 2011, the total volume of direct insurance premiums of the Chelyabinsk branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company amounted to 435 mln. rubles, which is a 36 % increase on the same period in 2010.

Insurance premiums for voluntary non-life insurance amounted to 383 mln. rubles (a 38 % increase), including the revenues from personal insurance — 177 mln. rubles (a 31 % increase), from property insurance — 202 mln. rubles (a 46 % increase), and from liability insurance — 4 mln. rubles (a 15 % increase). 52 mln. rubles in premiums (a 20 % increase) were collected from compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO).

During the first 9 months of 2011, payments made by the Chelyabinsk branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company under direct insurance amounted to 237 mln. rubles, including payments under voluntary personal insurance — 104 mln. rubles, under property insurance — 95 mln. rubles, and under liability insurance — 1 mln. rubles. Payments under compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO) amounted to 37 mln. rubles.
