OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2011. ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate has concluded a property insurance contract with CJSC Astros Logistic Centre. This enterprise owns a state-of-the-art warehouse terminal located in Lomonosovsky district of St. Petersburg, in Gorelovo industrial area. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 509,201,174 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Insurance protection covers the building of the warehouse terminal, with total space of 21,076 sq.m., including internal furnishing.

The property has been insured against loss or damage resulting from any of the following events: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft collapse or collision therewith, storm and hail; other natural disasters; damage by water from water supply, heating, sewage and similar systems; damage by water from sprinkler and drencher systems; burglary, robbery, brigandage; deliberate third-party actions aimed at damaging the insured property; other exogenous risks.

The contract will be valid for 1 year. The contract has been concluded with assistance from the brokerage company Aon Rus Insurance Brokers Ltd.
