OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2011. Mr. Mao Jian, Director of Science & Technology Department (STD) of Jilin Province, Mr. Dong Huizhong, Deputy Secretary General of Government of Jilin City visited Jien Nickel for researching provincial key projects like carbonyl nickel powder project and industrialization of carbonyl iron powder, reported the press-centre of Jien Nickel.

Mr. Yu Ranbo, General Manager (GM) of Jien Nickel, Mr. Li Jingfeng, Vice GM, and Miss Yuan Fengyan, Director of Technology Centre etc. took reception of the visiting team.

Mr. Yu Ranbo gave a introduction to Jien Nickel’s resource strategy, raw materials structure, development of nonferrous industrial park and carbonyl technical flow, platform situation, prospect, targets and applications in details in the following symposium. Mr. Yu Ranbo said, atmospheric carbonyl technology of Jien Nikel had its leading advantages due to low cost, high added value and wide uses in domestic market. Now, the enterprise not only works in carbonyl nickel powder and iron powder, but also researches new products like molybdenum carbonyl and cobalt carbonyl positively. Expanded industry scale will become a new economic growth point for the enterprise or even for the local society.

Mr. Mao Jian thought highly of rapid development of Jien Nickel after Mr. Yu’s introduction. He wished Jien Nickel would expand capacity, market and application, develop continuously to downstream industry and make new contributions to local society.

After the symposium, Mr. Mao and the visiting team visited No. 3 refinery of Jien Nickel, accompanied by Mr. Yu Ranbo and other enterprise’s leaders.
