OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2011. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Irkutsk has been declared the preferred bidder in a public auction held by Irkutskenergo OJSC to select a creditor, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The branch will open a revolving credit line of 1billion rubles to the company to be drawn down for a period of up to one year to finance the company’s current operations.

Irkutskenergo OJSC is Russia’s biggest electric power generation company operating coal-fired thermal and hydroelectric power plants, heat supply networks, coal strip mines, transportation companies, repair works, and a coal dressing plant.
