OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2011. Sampo Pank won the title of the best service providing company in Estonia according to the Estonian Service Index survey conducted by TNS Emor, the largest market research and consulting company in the Baltics. Estonian Service Index surveys are conducted every autumn by way of mystery or test shopping in the course of which the service quality of Estonian companies is measured and the companies are ranked according to service quality, reported the press-centre of Sampo Pank.

According to Aivar Rehe, CEO of Sampo Pank, the results of this year’s Estonian Service Index survey were not a great surprise for us. Sampo Pank has achieved excellent results for high service also earlier. However, we are especially glad about the fact that our this year’s result of 3.78 points out of possible 4.0 points is the best in the Estonian market in recent years.

“High service level can primarily be achieved by clear and targeted activities, as well as the awareness of the importance of customer satisfaction among service providers. I am thankful to all our customers for trusting us and selecting Sampo Pank as their home bank. I would also like to thank the whole staff of Sampo Pank who have done their best to provide high level service to our customers and ensure customer satisfaction,” added Aivar Rehe.

Sampo Pank has achieved high results in service also earlier. In 2006-2008 Sampo Pank was ranked number one service provider in the Estonian banking sector by TNS Emor for three consecutive years. In 2009 Sampo Pank won the title of the best service providing company in Estonia. This year Sampo Pank has deserved the same high title again.
