Wisco Awarded as Excellent Supplier by PWCG
OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2011. Recently, at the suppliers conference held by Panasonic Wanbao Compressor (Guangzhou) Co.,Ltd. (PWCG) at Guangzhou, Wisco was awarded as “excellent supplier” for steel sector, reported the press-centre of Wisco.
PWCG, an international well-known compressor manufacturing enterprise, with annual output of a variety of 12 million units, ushers in home compressor manufacturing industry by products owning high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and very reliability. It has applied silicon steel mainly from Japanese plants and another domestic plant since founded in 1993.
After 10 years efforts, Wisco steel was sent to PWCG to do die trial for the first time in 2009, obtaining well results. In 2010, Wisco seized the favorable opportunity and strode forward with the new development on efficient frequency conversion compressor steel, joined hands with Wanbao to conduct technological breakthrough, striving to promote localization and normalization production for efficient frequency conversion compressor steel.
The Wisco production-marketing-development team responded quickly with synergy, visited PWCG Purchasing, Production and Development departments repeatedly, afforded tracking and service on whole course of trial usage, and kept regulating and optimizing process and improving product quality. Within shorter time, the team finished complex work covering technical exchange, trial usage and stereotypia by contractor and protocol signing and so on, furthermore, stable batch supplying has been achieved which broke monopoly by large-sized steel enterprises home and abroad in efficient frequency conversion compressor steel market. In 2011, Wisco’s supply of high-end non-oriented silicon steel to PWCG has increased greatly.
PWCG affirms highly on Wisco’s efforts on localization of efficient frequency conversion compressor steel, and says that it will further enhance the strength and depth of strategic cooperation. Both sides have got agreement on key issues on purchasing protocol, new material development, storage and logistics, and steel further processing for next year.
