OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2011. A project of final testing of the "Course of a Young Specialist" (CYS) of the Electronic Corporate University (www.ec-univer.ru) according to the "Basic Training Course" was successfully started, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The "Basic Training Course" includes lectures and tests on the Company's history and corporate culture, the basics of records management and internal labor regulations, organizational psychology, industrial safety, lessons of leadership, psychological workshops and other areas.

The "Course of a Young Specialist" launched in September 2011 was designed with the aim of adapting young professionals to working environment, their involvement into the Company's personnel reserve and selection of the best professionals for their career progress in future.

This tool will allow testing the knowledge of the Company's young specialists acquired as a result of the CYS attendance in September and October this year, and this includes the questions on the following subjects: "Adaptation of young workers of TATNEFT", "Organizational Psychology", "Prudent Production" and "Fundamentals of Industrial Safety". The final testing will last until December 9 of the currant year and more than 1,000 young professionals from all TATNEFT Company's enterprises will participate in it. The participants, who will succeed in passing the examination, will receive certificates of the "Basic Training Course" attendance.

Interactive educational resources of the Electronic Corporate University represent a new corporate project implemented within the Company. In the framework of this project there have been developed innovative software products for the Company's specialists (training sessions "Stock Trade" and "Establish Your Own Company", the Foreign Languages Study Center "Language Center" and others) intended for both schoolchildren and students.
