OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2011. Siauliu bankas has reduced the utility service fees by three times, started paying the deposit interest immediately and performing the offset of funds from the banks registered in Lithuania free of charge for all private customers, reported the press-centre of Siauliu Bankas. 

“We understand the real situation of people who are undergoing the difficulties and inconvenience caused by the bank “Snoras” liquidation and we are eager to assist them. The beginning of the cold season also brings some additional financial problems to people, for instance, such as bills for heating. Thus, we have prepared some exclusive offers”, - said the Head of Retail Banking Division of Siauliu bankas Arunas Uzupis.

The fee applied to collection of payments for utility services will reach LTL 0,70 paying in cash, by a payment card issued by Siauliu bankas or making a transfer from the bank account in the outlet of the bank. The inhabitants will be able taking the advantage of such offer until April of 2012. While the settlement of the utility bills through the bank’s e-service system “SB linija” is going to be performed at no cost further all over the coming next year.

Siauliu bankas is offering the exclusive terms for those who will decide placing a time deposit until January 31st of the next year - upon the depositors’ request the interest can be paid in advance.

Until April of the coming year the private customers are offered to perform all domestic transfers in litas to the accounts of all companies and personal accounts with Siauliu bankas free of charge. Until January 31st 2012 no fees shall be applied to the clients of Siauliu bankas for offsetting of funds in litas from the other banks registered in Lithuania.

“We are presenting a plan of special services for private customers, which allows paying significantly less and use some of the bank’s services free of charge, in the very beginning of the winter. Taking advantage of the provided opportunities, the customers will be able using their savings for a festive table or a pleasant present to their family member”, - said Mr. A. Uzupis.

Moreover, the residents facing the problems caused by the disturbed operation of the bank “Snoras” are recommended to address the employees of Siauliu bankas  who are always ready to advice on financial services, provide all necessary information regarding the benefits paid for the deposits insured by the “Insurance of Deposits and Investments” and assist in filling the repayment forms.
