OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2011. The Bank of Moscow is cutting the time taken to review loan applications submitted by Internet and the Bank’s Remote Services Centre. It now takes a maximum of 15 minutes to take a preliminary decision on a loan application. An SMS from the Bank informs clients immediately what decision has been taken.

"We are optimizing our work, cutting the time taken to review loan application and thus making our retail loans truly available to a wide range of clients", commented Natalya Konovalova, Managing Director of the Bank of Moscow’s Retail Unit.
