Skolkovo Launches New Programme of Universities Succession Development
OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2011. The Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO launched a new unique programme of universities’ succession development. The
50 people who made it through severe selection will participate in the programme that will last for six modules, each a week long. The major aim is to create NAFU development projects and a team of managers possessing sufficient competences and experience to implement these projects.
The programme is expected to end in July 2012. The graduation exam will take the form of project presentation in front of the SKOLKOVO and NAFU management. Among already mentioned direction of project work are: education modernization, university science development, university positioning system and student environment development.
In the course of each module prominent Russian as well as international experts in the sphere of education and project work will read lectures for the participants.. For instance, during the first module the following experts performed: Andrei Volkov, Dean of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO; Viktor Bolotov, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Education; Isak Frumin, research advisor of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”; Cristina Evans-Clock, leading expert of the International labour organization; Karan Khemka, Head of the education practice on developing markets The Parthenon Group.
