OREANDA-NEWS. December 9, 2011. One of Azerbaijan’s leading insurers increased its capital by 21.74% through increase of par value of shares.

State Securities Committee reports that shares of Ipek Yolu Sigorta have been registered under number AZ100600467P- 17.500 sahres with AZN face value each. 17.500 shares were converted in them with AZN 506 face value each under AZ100500467 number.

As a result the company’s equity capital rose from AZN 8.855 million to AZN 10.78 million.
