OREANDA-NEWS. December 9, 2011. Russian rouble falling with the slightest price reduction for primary commodities is becoming reserve currency.

Chairman of the Ukrainian’s National Bank Sergei Arbuzov has reported that when the roubles are transferred to the first category they will become the country’s reserve currency.

" I think it will be done next year ",- S. Arbuzov said.

The Ukraine has already started paying for Russian raw materials in Russian roubles.
