OREANDA-NEWS. December 9, 2011. In November, 2011 OJSC "Perm Engine Company" has completed an overhaul of two gas turbine plants GTU-10P for LLC "NOVATEC-Tarkosaleneftegas". These plants with the rated power of 10 MW were operated at a booster compressor station "Khancheyskaya".

Meeting the wish of the oil-gas company to speed up the overhaul (bringing two plants out of operation had led to the full stop of the compressor station), "PMZ" specialists performed overhaul procedures in the shortest possible time. Eliminating the fault of the first plant - replacing the bearing on the compressor shaft, requiring total disassembly of the unit in "PMZ" shops - took only 52 days, while the contract stipulates at least 3 months for this manipulation. The second plant was repaired directly at the operation site within 3 days.

The management of LLC "NOVATEC-Tarkosaleneftegas" sent a letter of gratitude to OJSC "Perm Engine Company" for this quick and high quality overhaul of "Khancheyskaya" CS gas turbine plants. Well-coordinated and timely work of Perm motor-builders allowed the oil gas company to restore their technological process in the earliest time and minimize the losses.
