OREANDA-NEWS. December 9, 2011. At the extraordinary shareholders meeting on December the 7th, the PJSC "Automobile Company “Bogdan Motors” approved closed placement of shares of additional issue.

Thus, PJSC "Automobile Company "Bogdan Motors" increased the authorized capital nearly by 2%, or 19,635,000 UAH - to 1 billion 101.36 million UAH, by placing 78,539,000 ordinary registered shares, while the placement of 1.43 billion shares 357.5 million UAH worth was offered, due to what the authorized capital was planned to be increased by one third - to 1.437 billion UAH.
As a result of additional emission the structure of PJSC shareholders remained practically unchanged.
