In January-September 2011, Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg) extended more than RUB 318 billion in the framework of the State Program on Agribusiness Development and agricultural-related markets regulation for 2008-2012 (State Program). It makes a 26.5%growth against the same period of 2010, reported the press-centre of RusAg.

Being one of the key participants of the State Program, RusAg offers a wide range of credit products to meet every single need of agricultural enterprises. There are over 40 types of short- and long-term loans available for agribusiness.

In January-September 2011, the volume of short-term loans amounted to RUB 204.6 billion, which is a 27.1% growth against the same period of 2010. The volume of long-term loans reached RUB 113.9 billion that secured a 25.4% growth.

The largest volume of loans extended by RusAg in the framework of the State Program was provided for seasonal field works and amounted to RUB 124.3 billion.

One of the Bank`s most rapidly growing business is lending to small enterprises. In January-September 2011, the volume of loans extended to farmers rose by 70% against 1-3Q 2011 and reached RUB 23.8 billion, lending to personal household plots owners grew by 50% and amounted to RUB 23.6 billion and agribusiness cooperatives lending reached RUB 4.1 billion, which is a 36.7% growth.

Since the start of State Program on Agribusiness Development implementation in 2008, total volume of loans extended by RusAg in the framework of the program exceeded RUB 1.2 trillion.
