OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2011. Leasing company Europlan, Russia’s largest by the number of contracts in the auto leasing segment, announced receiving of 30 million Euro financing as a direct loan. KfW IPEX-Bankcame as a creditor. The credit is directed to leasing operations, the principal activity of Europlan. Credit term is 4,5 years, reported the press-centre of Europlan.

Representative of Europlan expressed a high opinion of to the work of KfW IPEX-Bank which is part of KfW Bankengruppe as a financial partner of the company, and has expressed interest in the further cooperation development.

This loan is already the fifth transaction between Europlan and the KfW Bankengruppe. Two of the credits have been given within the limits of program DEG also incoming KfW Bankengruppe, first of them - in 2004. In 2007 KfW IPEX-Bank participated as co-organizer of the syndicated loan for Europlan. The present deal got a direct financing of the leasing company from KfW IPEX-Bank.
