RTI has announced an agreement concluded with the Bank of Moscow under which the latter, being a shareholder in RTI holding 15.4% of the company’s authorised capital, provides RTI with long-term financing to the sum of 115 million US dollars and 3.6 billion roubles for a term of 7 years for business development purposes.

The funds will be allocated for improving the structure of the OJSC RTI Group’s debt portfolio.
