RTI and Bank of Moscow Conclude Long-Term Financing Agreement
OREANDA-NEWS. December 8, 2011. RTI has announced an agreement concluded with the Bank of Moscow under which the latter, being a shareholder in RTI holding 15.4% of the company’s authorised capital, provides RTI with long-term financing to the sum of 115 million US dollars and 3.6 billion roubles for a term of 7 years for business development purposes.
The funds will be allocated for improving the structure of the OJSC RTI Group’s debt portfolio.

OJSC RTI is a major industry holding, integrator of high-tech, scientific production companies. The main OJSC RTI shareholders are AFK Systema (84.6%) and the Bank of Moscow (15.4%).
