The Chairman of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine Sergiy Tymchenko has noted at a meeting of the Commission on provision of public control over the issuance of acts: "We are in a short time once and for all overcome diseases such as corruption, queues and arrears that have become chronic.

A reliable tool, in my opinion, that significantly helps us overcome this shameful phenomenon in the activities of bodies of land resources, is commission work which involved the public, the media. We cannot enter in every house and ask - "If everything you okay?", "What is your problem?" And the media could do it. I hope that it so be it. And as a result, our joint activities in this direction will be effective. "

The principle of operation of the commission is simple - a weekly meetings at which information is considered that during the week is accepted on a "hot line" - 0800502528, and email address Commission - public_control@dazru.gov.ua and it is carefully handled.

 In each case, it will be made concrete considerate, if necessary tough decisions. Only thus, it can correct the situation with the issuance of acts, refusal to accept documents, all sorts of delays in processing documents. Evidence of this is - 50 - 80 calls daily on the "hot line" of the land department. For six days elapsed, there was received 506 applications. Of these, 90 percent - are problematic issues of titling. Already the next day, the order is sent mostly to local authorities for direct perpetrators, so they figured out for three days and provided a response for the final solution of a problem.

"So, citizens often complain that cannot get the acts. There are cases when delays last 5-7 and more years. There was a case where the holder of a share cannot receive the act since 2002. The Commission will set specific perpetrators and will accept the relevant decision. After all, more often reason of sufferings of people are unscrupulous licensees who, collecting money, tighten time, perform works poorly, or generally disappear. So in sight of the commission there will be also such unfair subjects of managing. We will understand thus in each case without an exception, to correct a situation. Rid of all negative factors that create the conditions for control.  It is not simple words, it is a task of the state importance which we without fail should fulfill," the Head office of the land has summed up.
