OREANDA-NEWS. December 6, 2011. The second group of Mongolian specialists December 1, 2011 started probation at the National Research Nuclear University MEPHI in the framework of an agreement between ROSATOM and the Nuclear Energy Agency of Mongolia concerning the cooperation in the field of atomic energy and uranium mining and a Memorandum on Training of Specialists.

The internship organized by ROSATOM and NRNU MEPHI is a development of the pilot project of internships of Mongolian specialists which was started in 2010.

The training is student-tailored. The internship program includes a theoretical course and mastering practical skills in the field of radiation safety of humans and environment, and ecology. After the training the interns will have to defend projects they did.
