OREANDA-NEWS. December 6, 2011. OJSC TANECO Youth Organization won the first place in the competition for the Best Youth Organization of Tatarstan Republic in 2011.

The key to this success has of course been the significant contribution of Nizhnekamsk Refiners to the realization of the youth policy in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Number of employees under the age of 34 makes more than half of OJSC TANECO collective (team). Over a number of years OJSC TANECO representatives have successfully participated in scientific conferences, workshops, municipal and corporate competitions, cultural events, recreative sports and patriotic campaigns. This success (award “The Best Youth organization”) once again proves that the Company provides all conditions required for career, personal and intellectual development of the young specialists.

Achievement of this award was not an easy task for OJSC TANECO because more than 20 youth organizations took part in the competition.
