OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2011. The Allianz Eurasia Agents’ School belonging to OJSC IC ROSNO has opened an Adaptation Zone. From now on, the best of the School’s students, will, for 8 weeks, not only be closely supervised by experienced tutors, but also they will be able to form an initial client portfolio and secure themselves a guaranteed revenue, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

It has been two years since the Allianz Eurasia Agents’ School was opened. Throughout this time, the Agents’ School managed to mature and, by now, it has earned solid reputation in the insurance market. The School has trained several thousand people: new and existing sales employees, managers, employees of car dealerships and partner banks.

Quite recently, Allianz Eurasia Agents’ School launched the Adaptation Zone intended to make the agent’s admission to the company as easy and successful as possible at the initial stage of his or her professional development, which is the most critical. Now agents will be able to combine direct sales with responding to incoming calls. Therefore, the Adaptation Zone will help to meet the major challenge of any new agent — finding the first clients. The newcomer will receive an initial impulse, and, subsequently, everything will depend on himself or herself.

Mr. Alexei Pospelov, Head of the Training Centre of OJSC IC ROSNO, comments on the foundation of the Adaptation Zone of the Moscow Regional Directorate as follows: "Undoubtedly, the opening of the Adaptation Zone will serve as the main tool helping to achieve our key objective — making our agent sales network more efficient. During the first week of operation in the Adaptation Zone, the initial figures forming its basis were significantly outperformed. Owing to this novation, we plan to hire new, potentially successful employees. And we have solid reasons to believe that in 2012, the Adaptation Zone of the Moscow Regional Directorate will generate at least 200 new highly efficient agents".
