OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2011. The first implementation in Russia of a NAKISA-based solution "Personnel reserve management in companies" was officially unveiled in Almetyevsk. The presentation was arranged within the framework of the Conference "SAP Solutions Usage in Oil & Gas Industry Sector" dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the SAP System in OJSC TATNEFT, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting. 

The event took place within the framework of the debating session "SAP HR: "From the accounting system to the HRM system".

The NAKISA-based project “Personnel reserve management in companies” was implemented by Energy Consulting for OJSC TATNEFT and it ensures solving the following business tasks of the customer:

Strategic and qualitative recruitment for filling vacant positions of top and middle management by means of internal resources of the Company

Strategic and qualitative recruitment of skilled staff for new subdivisions and subsidiaries

Staff training for solving potential production targets

Career development of successful managers as a factor for retention and development of qualified top-managers

The software designed by the project team offers the advanced functionality for personnel reserve management and convenient working format for a head of HR department and users.
