Inreal Pastatu Prieziura, UAB Will Be Managed by R. Rutenas
OREANDA-NEWS. December 5, 2011. On the 5th of December 2011 one of the leading companies of technical maintenance and administration of buildings in Lithuania Inreal Pastatu Prieziura starts to be managed by 41 year-old Rolandas Rutenas, the successor of Rimvydas Ramanauskas, remaining to work in the group.
“The market of building maintenance will face significant changes, consequently we strengthen the team of company managers”, said Dalius Kaziunas, the Board Member of Inreal Group and Invalda, the investment company managing it.
According to him, over the past two years the sector of building maintenance of Inreal Group has almost doubled the sales and area of buildings maintained, however the shareholders are raising the objectives of even higher increase for the companies.
“I am delighted to have an opportunity to contribute to the implementation of ambitious development strategy of the company by my knowledge and experience”, said Rolandas Rutenas.
Until now R. Rutenas had been working as the finance manager of BAIP Group, another company managed by Invalda, for two years. Previously he had managing positions in the companies Alna, Kraitene, and Voira.
