The company Universum, one of the world’s leaders of HR branding, presented the rating Ideal Russian Employers 2011 "Universum TOP-100", compiled in accordance with the results of the extensive poll of 13 thousand students from 61 Russian university, held from November 2010 to March 2011, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Each year, the company Universum conducts surveys among 400 thousand students and university graduates in 22 countries worldwide. This jobseekers category is deemed to be among the most demanding ones. Ambitious and talented young people with university diplomas are only entering the labour market and try to choose the companies which can ensure their professional development, job stability and good salary in the future.

The insurance company ROSNO became the only insurer in the rating of ideal Russian employers. In the TOP-100 rating, ROSNO ranked 59th according to the poll among business/economics students, 69th among IT students, and 72nd among engineering students.

The most desirable employers for the business/economics and engineering students are Gazprom and Lukoil, and for IT students — Microsoft and Google. Asked to state the most attractive characteristics of employers, the Russian students named financial strength, market success and good reputation.
