OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2011. Uzbekistan and China signed several agreements in oil and gas sector, Uzbekneftegaz national holding company’s press service said.

The resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On creation of the Uzbek-Chinese intergovernmental committee on cooperation and measures on further deepening and developing relations with China” approved a list of documents and projects, signed within the first session of the committee, including in oil and gas sector.

In particular, the framework agreement on creation of the joint venture on production of liquefied gas with Xinjiang Guanghi Industry Investment Group, agreement on main principles of cooperation on joint development of Mingbulak deposit with CNPC, loan agreement with State China Development Bank on co-financing of the project on construction of oil and gas field Yujniy Kemachi.

The sided also signed documents of cooperation in supply of natural gas.
